With Procol I can completely automate all of my sourcing processes very easily. I have been been able to create online auctions very easily. It also lets me invite vendors, create products and and then suppliers submit their response on online platform with their best quotation. The quick turnaround on implementation and ease of use. The training and change management was minimal. Vendors are pretty happy using the Supply side. The PR to PO time has reduced from 2 days to 6 hours and it has helped increase in productivity. Our customer success manager has also helped us in resolving the queries that we had.
