The software completely tracks the user requirement and solves our pain points. It is easy to navigate through the Application. The biggest pain point for us was to transform from an ancient, unorganized phone calling procurement process to a transparent and sophisticated digitized process. I especially love that the spend dashboard provides all the required summary of my business. The ease in creating the new order with the available templates makes it a breeze. Our PR to PO time reduced to 1/5th after implementation of Procol. The fact is that these are are a huge time savers. The vendors also love the product as it provides access to the entire business requirements on mobile and they can participate at their own free will. This is a huge-step up for companies that might be managing their quotations on Excel/Google sheets or mobile applications. The integrations has also helped us with faster turnaround time. The leadership team and the sourcing team can see in real time on where the money is going, and thus we can stick to the budgets. 2) Multiple auction strategies with more than 200 flexible configurations help us in negotiating better for different categories. 3) The dashboards are very easy and gives a quick summary of the business. We dont spend hours creating business cases anymore. 4) The support team at Procol is very pro active and has helped us scale at all the locations with minimal turbulence in our daily business 5) As it is mobile first, it has helped us in creating events on-the-go, and monitoring them at the same time. 6) Price intelligence service has helped us know the real dollar savings that were created using Procol. The software has helped in managing the purchase requests of more than 300 SKUs spread across 30+ locations in a centralised system. It has given the visibility across which was not possible earlier. The spends dashboard has also helped in identifying the reporting of costs which were fragmented, leading to increase in savings and reducing costs. It has also enabled in easier reporting for audit purposes which we have to do monthly, for every transaction, automatically. Procol has also helped in chatting real time with our vendors thus helping us keeping a repository of communications in one place. This has helped in easier followups for dispatches and delivery timelines. The dash board is very easy to use and the change management was very nicely executed within the company.
