**What do you like best about Perimeter?**

The team is very quick to reply and support. They are very personable and have been able to solve every problem I've had so far. The AI v2 that helps answers questionnaires for you is also very handy and a big improvement from the AI v1. The ThreatScape feature is also very nice. Not only does it assess publicly available information of third parties to provide an overview of their security posture, but also can recommend improvements on your own environment. I also really appreciate the help center. This hosts a plethora of guides and information to help you navigate the platform.

**What do you dislike about Perimeter?**

While much better than AI v1, AI v2 does still have some wrinkles to be ironed out. It occasionally misses some information in documents that can answer certain questions on a survey template, but not nearly to the degree of AI v1. There are also some quality of life improvements that can be made surrounding customization and personalization of the platform. For example, custom coloring for tags in the outbound solution. Also, creating custom survey templates can be tedious and frustrating, but is still functional and gets the job done.

**What problems is Perimeter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Perimeter has helped us develop our TPRM program by enabling quicker and more thorough analysis of vendors.

The use of AI to review accuracy with vendor questionnaire and their reporting.  Perimeter provided more indebt access to information about our vendors and their security posture such as OFAC and data breaches.

Initially, several adjustments are needed to get to a good place to start using the tool.
I would also like some more customization on the source of the emails and logo details to make it more company-oriented. Sometimes the Processbolt logo throws our vendors into confusion.
There is a minor concern about the visibility of the questionnaires. If a vendor is being assessed by your company, any user from that company will be able to see the vendor's assessment even if they are not part of the working group.

I have been using ProcessBolt's vendor risk assessment platform for the past few months and have been highly impressed with its capabilities. The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple for my team to conduct thorough vendor risk assessments.

One of the platform's standout features is its ability to automate much of the risk assessment process, dramatically reducing the time and effort needed to complete assessments. The platform also allows us to easily track and monitor vendor risks over time, which has helped us to identify and address potential issues before they become significant problems.

In addition to its technical capabilities, the support team at ProcessBolt has been excellent. They are always available to answer questions and provide assistance and have been instrumental in helping us to get the most out of the platform.

We also save a lot of money because we don't have to buy an additional product to provide infosec risk ratings for our vendors.

Overall, I highly recommend ProcessBolt's vendor risk assessment platform to any organization looking to improve its vendor risk management processes. It has been a valuable asset for my team and has significantly helped us reduce our risk profile.

The only thing I can think of is that, like most software, sometimes I wish the UI was different/better. That's a minor problem; if I find something particularly egregious, they will fix it pretty fast.

Vendor risk management is an exploding topic that affects every company.  Companies can be subject to 'inbound' assessments from their clients, 'out bound' assessments to service providers they use, or both.  Given the variety of methods used in industries to conduct these assessments, managing these effectively and consistently can be challenging, time consuming, and resource intensive.  ProcessBolt has really helped by automating this proess!

**What do you dislike about Perimeter?**

Like any software, there are initial setup and configuration considerations. To use the tool effectively, you need to ensure you have stakeholder alignment on a variety of answers to your companies risk posture.  This is a good thing, but it takes time.

**What problems is Perimeter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

automation and consistency in answering in-bound vendor risk assessments.  This ensures we are answering questions from different clients the same, and also saves us a lot of time to do it.

**What do you like best about Perimeter?**

The core functionality of sending and receiving feedback to questionnaires works exactly as intended. It's a vast improvement on anyone still operating through excel spreadsheets and emails. Additionally, the price point is much easier to swallow than some competitors.

**What do you dislike about Perimeter?**

The platform is still a little young and sometimes shows its immaturity through some unexpected interactions or bugs. The PB team is very responsive though and always keen to work on new features and functionality.

**Recommendations to others considering Perimeter:**

Give it a look and see if it works for you. If a feature or requirement you have isn't available, mention it and the PB team is likely to add that feature for you within a relatively reasonable timeframe.

**What problems is Perimeter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do about 1,000 vendor risk assessments per year. We previously used spreadsheets, so just on that factor alone, Processbolt saves us hundreds of hours of work per year. They also keep things simple, which is hugely beneficial for us because it makes it easy to use the features we like and not be force-fed the ones we don't, unlike other platforms. The API options also make it easy for us to automate the initiation of questionnaires from our internal ticketing.

Processbolt has been essential to us being able to track and be able to complete security assessments.  
However, most importantly, Gaurav Guar, the CTO, has been very receptive to product update requests that made sense to the rest of their client base.
These updates have helped speed our assessments significantly.
In addition,  Processbolt has always responded very rapidly to any questions or issues we have had.

It would very much help us to better integrate with our ticketing system.  This, however, is a task that are investigating.

ProcessBolt is intuitive and the knowledge base helps a ton with responding to RFP's and client assessments that we receive. As a salesperson, it is super helpful to have pre-approved responses that we can leverage to respond to questions.

I truly haven't had any issues with ProcessBolt, the team is experienced in this space, and I consider them experts when it comes to vendor management. Even the implementation of the tool was pretty seamless for us.

ProcessBolt is helping us automate our response process when we receive incoming assessments from our clients. The consistency of our responses is significantly better and the time it takes us to reply to client assessments gives us a ton of value in the tool.

It is good for also having a KB so pull from those would be the two biggest things about the UI that I like most

The ability to manage and share assessments is really great.  I also like the DocAi feature, which allows us to spot changes quickly without having to spend hours reviewing contracts and documents.

If you want a tool that comes pre-populated and you can start using day one, get this one. If you want a tool and is highly customizable and can quickly be modified to suit your needs. If you want a tool that has excellent support, use this one. I'm certain there are things that ProcessBolt doesn't do excellently, but I haven't found them yet.

The correct response rate was higher than the other tools tested. The plugins save us a tremendous amount of time, allowing us to answer vendor questionnaires directly in the original document or webpage without importing them into any system. The Auto-Bolt responder in Excel makes it even faster to answer any questionnaire. 
ProcessBolt is a game-changer for the speed we answer questionnaires and the quality of our responses.
The customer service is excellent. The team is supportive, fast, and they listen to our input for future system improvements, which keep coming.

I'd like to have the ability to use another MFA option than text messages.

One of the best things about ProcessBolt is the team behind it; the crew at ProcessBolt is nimble, accomodating, and will bend over backward to help you develop your questionnaires. In several instances, they have gone above and beyond to implement custom question formats for us.

Overall I think the ProcessBolt system is easy to use and simplifies our VRM program!

Occassionally we run into a snag where other ProcessBolt customers will have already engaged a vendor using the platform, which will impact our ability to import those contacts as users. I first became aware of ProcessBolt when my organization was searching for a solution to help with the crushing burden of having to respond to an ever-increasing volume of client cyber security assessments.  ProcessBolt's intelligent scanning helped automate this process, saving my team an extensive amount of time that used to be spent performing manual work.

What I was surprised to discover was that ProcessBolt could also be used to help my organization conduct our own third party risk process.  What was previously an insurmountable task became an easily scalable process that could be coordinated by a single resource.  

And the price was substantially below market competitors.  Really, there was no comparison.

And don't get me started on the versatility of this platform!  The intelligent analytics and highly configurable dashboards are phenomenal.  I began using ProcessBolt with one specific use-case in mind, but have been able to capitalize on the platform's versatility to use it to conduct internal Business Impact Analysis, and to compile a "library" of regulatory / cyber security response language and certifications.

**What do you like best about Perimeter?**

We have been using Processbolt for the past several months and have been very happy with it. It is intuitive and very easy to use. It has helped us more easily respond to assessments and also to assess our vendors. It is fairly priced and when I have needed support they have been very responsive. I highly recommend this product.

**What do you dislike about Perimeter?**

There really isn't anything I dislike about the product. It does everything we need it to.

**What problems is Perimeter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us easily establish a vendor management program and was much better suited to our needs than some of the other solutions in the market that were modular, expensive, and geared for much larger organizations that had very sophisticated vendor management programs.

Prior to using ProcessBolt, our vendor management processes were very manual. With ProcessBolt, our process for onboarding vendors and assessing potential risks has become incredibly streamlined and time efficient. Once we were able design our baseline vendor risk assessment templates, everything after that was smooth sailing! It literally only takes a few clicks of the mouse to add a new vendor to the system, invite them to register in our portal, and get them started with completing the automated assessments. ProcessBolt created an incredibly efficient and flexible foundation for us to be able to adequately assess all of our vendors and meet all of our compliance needs!
