Pro Drive IT Reviews & Provider Details

Pro Drive provides proactive IT support, cyber security and strategic IT planning for regulated law, accountancy and financial services firms across the UK. For more than 25 years, we’ve worked only with professional services firms, so our services are built around the confidentiality, compliance and regulatory pressures our clients face, including SRA and FCA expectations. Most IT environments don’t fail overnight. They gradually drift away from best practice, compliance and modern capability until a costly overhaul becomes unavoidable. Our Pro Drive 360 methodology is designed to stop that drift. We audit your entire IT environment against more than 200 factors, turn the findings into a clear, costed roadmap tied to your business goals, align your systems to our best-practice standard, and then continuously monitor and enforce that standard as regulations, cyber threats and technology change. Our services include managed IT support, IT and security audits, strategic IT planning, cyber security and incident response planning, Cyber Essentials certification, Microsoft 365, Azure and cloud services, and safe, well-governed adoption of AI and Microsoft Copilot. Firms come to us when they’re getting fixes but no strategy, waiting too long for support, unsure whether they’re truly protected from cyber threats, unclear whether their IT spend is right, or under pressure to adopt AI without knowing how to do it safely. Our clients rate us with a world-class Net Promoter Score of 93, and our average resolution time is under one hour. We hold Cyber Essentials Plus and IASME Cyber Assurance Level 1 certification. Switching IT providers shouldn’t feel risky, so every new client is covered by the Pro Drive IT Guarantee: if we haven’t measurably improved your IT within three months, we refund your support costs.
