"Printful Makes Print-on-Demand Easy with a Huge, Consistent Product Catalog"
5/5
What do you like best about Printful?

What really sold me on Printful was the ease of getting started. I'm not especially technical and I had our store connected and ready to take orders within an hour. The product catalog is huge too, way bigger than I expected. We started with just t-shirts and now we're selling mugs, totes, and phone cases through the same system. The quality across different products has been consistent, which I didn't think would be the case given they print everything on demand. Their European production facility has been a lifesaver for our UK orders, cutting delivery times significantly compared to shipping from the US. The branding options are nice too, being able to add our own labels and packaging inserts makes it feel like we actually manufactured the products ourselves. What do you dislike about Printful?

The biggest frustration for me has been the shipping speeds on some orders. Most arrive on time, but occasionally a package will take longer than the estimated window and customers start emailing asking where their stuff is. That creates extra work for us. Also, I think their pricing could be more competitive on certain items. When you factor in the base cost plus shipping, the margins on some products are pretty tight. "Printful Makes Product Testing Easy with Smooth Shopify Integration and Reliable Quality"
5/5
What do you like best about Printful?

The biggest thing that stands out to me about Printful is how they've built a system that actually lets you test products without betting the farm. I've been using them for a little over a year now, and the peace of mind that comes with not having to order hundreds of units upfront is hard to overstate. The integration with Shopify was smoother than I expected, and we had products listed within a couple hours. Their quality control has been reliable too, which I was honestly nervous about given they're handling everything remotely. The packaging looks professional and the white-label approach means customers only see our brand, which matters more than people realize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Printful?

The shipping costs are the main thing that bothers me. For domestic orders it's fine, but international shipping can get expensive fast, and it's not always obvious what the customer is going to pay until checkout. Sometimes the product mockups don't quite match what arrives either. The colors might be a shade off or the print placement isn't exactly where the preview showed. "Reliable, Consistent Print Quality with Seamless Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Printful?

The reliability is what stands out most to me. I have placed many orders over time and the print quality has remained consistent across different products, which gives me confidence every time I send items out to customers or partners. The platform itself is well organized and fairly easy to navigate, so I never feel lost when managing multiple projects at once. It connects smoothly with the tools I was already using, which made the transition painless. I also appreciate that they handle quality control and packaging, so I don't have to worry about whether things are being done properly on their end. The white-label shipping is a nice bonus since it keeps my branding intact throughout the entire customer journey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Printful?

One thing I would like to see improved is the turnaround time for production and shipping. There have been occasions where orders took longer than anticipated to arrive, which can be frustrating when I am working with specific deadlines or event schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Custom Product Fulfillment with Consistent, Professional Quality"
5/5
What do you like best about Printful?

The platform handles all the heavy lifting when it comes to producing and shipping custom products. I appreciate that I can design items, connect my store, and let the system take care of fulfillment without me needing to manage inventory or coordinate with multiple vendors. The product quality has been consistent and the items arrive looking professional, which reflects well on my work. The integration with major e-commerce platforms is smooth and the interface is intuitive enough that I was able to get started quickly. Having a single partner that handles production, packaging, and shipping simplifies everything considerably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Printful?

There are a few areas where I think the service could be improved. Shipping costs and delivery times can be unpredictable, especially for international orders, which sometimes creates challenges when coordinating with tight deadlines. The pricing model is reasonable for what it offers but it does cut into margins compared to bulk ordering, so that's something to keep in mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Printful Makes Branded Merch Easy, from Setup to Fulfillment"
5/5
What do you like best about Printful?

I've been using Printful regularly for creating and fulfilling branded merchandise, and the experience has been positive overall. The platform is easy to learn, even if you don't have much experience with print-on-demand services. Setting up products, connecting an online store, and managing orders are all straightforward processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Printful?

Pricing can be a little higher on certain products compared to sourcing in bulk, so maintaining margins sometimes requires careful planning. There have also been occasional delays during busy seasons, although these have generally been communicated in advance. I would also welcome more customization options for some products and packaging features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Custom Merch: Seamless Integrations and Scalable Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Printful?

What I like most about Printful is the ability to launch and manage custom merchandise without investing in inventory or fulfillment infrastructure. The platform integrates well with e-commerce systems, and the automation behind order processing helps reduce manual work. From a business perspective, it makes it much easier to test new products and scale operations without adding complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Printful?

The platform covers most of what I need, but I would like to see additional product customization options in certain categories. There are also times when fulfillment and shipping estimates can vary depending on the destination, which requires setting the right expectations with customers. "Ordering Samples First Made Me Confident in My Product Designs"
5/5
What do you like best about Printful?

I like that I can order just one sample before putting anything in my store. That sounds small, but it helped me a lot, because I wanted to see how the design actually looked on the product, not just in a mockup. The sample I ordered looked close to what I expected, and it made me feel more confident before adding it for customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Printful?

The sample process still takes some patience. It is not like walking into a local shop and getting it the same day. Also, you have to check your design placement carefully because what looks fine on screen might need a little adjustment in real life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Surprisingly Sharp Print Quality and Clean Embroidery"
5/5
What do you like best about Printful?

The print quality really surprised me. I ordered a hoodie with a fairly detailed design and the colors came out sharp, the fabric felt sturdy, and the embroidery detail was clean. I also liked that I could order just one item without needing a big minimum — that made it easy to test before committing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Printful?

Shipping wasn’t the fastest. It took about a week to get to North Carolina, which is fine but not ideal if you’re trying to move quickly. The product costs are also a bit higher compared to other platforms I’ve looked at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dependable All-in-One Printful Platform with Easy Setup and Solid Order Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about Printful?

Printful has been a dependable platform for managing print-on-demand products. The setup process was straightforward, and connecting it with our online store didn't require much effort. I like that everything from product creation to fulfillment is managed in one place. The mockup generator is useful, and the order tracking information is detailed enough to keep customers informed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Printful?

Some products have relatively high base costs, which can limit pricing flexibility. Shipping times are generally reasonable, but delivery speed can vary depending on the destination. I also think some advanced customization options could be expanded further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Professional Embroidery Quality for Hats"
5/5
What do you like best about Printful?

The embroidery quality is what I liked most. I used it for hats, and the stitching looked clean on the sample. I was a little nervous because embroidery can look messy if the file is not set right but the final hat looked professional enough to sell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Printful?

Setting up embroidery takes more attention than a regular print. You cannot just upload anything and expect it to look right. Simple designs work better, and I had to adjust one logo because the small details were not going to come out well. The price is also something to watch if you are trying to keep hats affordable.
