When a client calls me with a task I've never done before, I know that the Practice Advisor is going to have something I can use to become immediately familiarized. Before, I'd have to do a simple Google search and cross my fingers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Downsides... my practice is somewhat niche (aviation) so there isn't a section dedicated to my practice. BUT my clients have standard business/corporate needs and there is always something available regarding corporate governance, business transactions, insurance needs, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The sales rep dinked me around when trying to renew. He forgot all about me for 2 weeks, when he was supposed to have tried to get a deal approved, and then called me like we had never spoken before. When I reminded him of it, he kept telling me things like "that's going to come out of my pocket", which I can be sympathetic towards, however, he kept dropping the ball so much that my entire business with Lexis fell all the way out of his pocket anyway!!
