When I started my new role post-McKinsey I was surprised at how inefficient I was in powerpoint without all of the shortcuts that I was so comfortable using. The ability to click a button and regain that functionality has saved me so much time. ### 2. Alignment, spacing and formatting take seconds, especially with the custom toolbar and the slide/shape library lets me pull in my own diagrams and frameworks without digging through old decks. **What do you dislike about PPT Productivity?** No major issues overall - the true value does come with time though, to explore and get used all the features and shortcuts. **What problems is PPT Productivity solving and how is that benefiting you?** This add-in addresses an efficiency issue for me. I frequently need to produce high-quality decks on short notice for teaching, research, and board work. This makes it so convenient to edit PPT in no time while ensuring presentation is prepared as expected. Wide array of features in library is definitely a big best point **What do you dislike about PPT Productivity?** It takes time to get used to the features provided in PPT producivity and I'm not that comfortable due to its little confusing interface for me. Rest all features are very smooth **What problems is PPT Productivity solving and how is that benefiting you?** PPT productivity has been able to add shortcuts and has improved efficiency in preparing presentation drastically. It has benefited me by improving the templates we have built for our presentation. We utilise templates to prepare decks for our webinars.
