Platick Reviews & Product Details

Platick is allergen matrix software for independent restaurants, pubs and cafés in the UK. Most venues keep allergen information in a folder or spreadsheet that goes out of date the moment the menu changes. Platick keeps it in one place. Upload your menu as photos, a PDF, a link or pasted text. AI reads it and suggests the allergens for each dish. Your team checks all 14 allergens for every dish and confirms with "I've checked all 14". AI only suggests; a person decides. From those confirmed dishes, Platick makes: a printable allergen matrix for one menu or all menus, dated and named, with a QR code to the latest version a guest allergen menu on one QR code that never changes. Guests tick what they avoid and see which dishes declare it, in nine languages, with no app posters, table cards and a paper backup for when the internet is down When a dish changes, guests see "Being re-checked · ask staff" until it's confirmed again. Every check is dated and named, a monthly re-check list stops things going stale, and owner, manager and editor roles keep your team organised. Several venues share one dish library. £12 a month per venue, or £120 a year. 14-day free trial, and we'll load your first menu for you free. Built in London; main database hosted in the UK.
