I like I can copy lessons from previous years to use now. That’s really helpful when I liked a lesson from the year before and want to reuse it.

  ### 6. the easiest and most organized way to plan the classes.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** yubyzay yarahi m. | Personal docente, Primary/Secondary Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2018

**What do you like best about PlanbookEdu?**

I love the program because it has a way of organizing that I had not thought about, since it allows me to plan my classes according to the lessons I have to teach, it is hosted in the cloud so that we can access from anywhere and at any time. , we can even access from our smart phone and tablets, I can attach word and pdf documents, in addition to personalized images and cuts, and most importantly I can also print the plans and share information with my colleagues at the university. free plan and one of very economical pay because it is paid according to the number of people who will use the service, so that if it is for groups of users, it is much cheaper. I can download the information and gure it as word and pdf documents.

**What do you dislike about PlanbookEdu?**

I would like it to have an offline option, for those cases in which we do not have an Internet connection available, I think it would be convenient for a client to be able to visualize the plans and in case changes are made, automatically synchronize with the information in Cloud.

**Recommendations to others considering PlanbookEdu:**

I recommend that you use planbookedu, since you will notice an improvement in the productivity of your plans, and in this way leave the traditional way of planning, it is important to emphasize that if you make the payment subscriptions and those made by groups have many more options, that the free option has certain limitations, in order to use all the potential of the service in the cloud.

**What problems is PlanbookEdu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I helped a lot in the planning, I have almost two years using it and since then it has been very easy since I only do the planning of the lessons directly on the internet and later I download it in pdf, where later I share them with my students via email electronic, it is important to highlight that the colleagues of the area perform visualization of these programs to monitor the academic activities.

  ### 7. Planbook makes sharing your lesson plans easy

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie P. | IIllustrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2019

**What do you like best about PlanbookEdu?**

I like that standards that need to be linked to assignments are available in a drop-down menu.

**What do you dislike about PlanbookEdu?**

If I taught a subject where I followed the textbook year after year this program would be very helpful. However, I teach art and projects change year to year and even semester to semester. finding and reusing assignments from prior years in a different sequence can be time-consuming and using both Planbook and Classroom seems redundant in many ways.

**What problems is PlanbookEdu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planbook makes is easy for the administration to see the content and standards we are addressing in classes. It also can be shared with students and parents who also want to see this information.

  ### 8. Lesson Planning Made Easy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2018

**What do you like best about PlanbookEdu?**

The website is easy to use and makes for an organized classroom. I love that the lessons for one year can be transferred to the next year.

**What do you dislike about PlanbookEdu?**

It can be kind of tricky to set up prep and lunch hours that don't fall in the same time everyday. I also wish we had more options with size of fonts, etc. esp. when it comes time to print out plans.

**Recommendations to others considering PlanbookEdu:**

I believe Planbook has pretty generous trial terms so if you're unsure whether this is the right product for you, look into the trial offers.

**What problems is PlanbookEdu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organized lesson plans that I can view by day or week

  ### 9. Lesson Planning on an iPad

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben W. | Fourth Grade Teacher, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2018

**What do you like best about PlanbookEdu?**

It’s great that it’s cloud based, so I can go from my work computer to my personal device at home. It was a great opportunity to share with my admin my lesson plans and how I was reaching my standards.

**What do you dislike about PlanbookEdu?**

Paid version has waay more features than just using the free version. The free version is just enough to give you a taste, but not to really know the full extent of it’s use.

**Recommendations to others considering PlanbookEdu:**

Give the free version a try to see if the features of the paid version would be strong enough for you to pay up the funds.

**What problems is PlanbookEdu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digitizing my Planbook.

  ### 10. Good functions, but I prefer my own methods

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2018

**What do you like best about PlanbookEdu?**

I like the connectivity of PlanbookEdu. It's easy to share with coteachers, and most importantly, it meshes with our other platforms. Previously, the gradebook was different from the LMS which was different from Google Classroom. It's easy to connect everything and to access in different locations. It's also great to be able to see other planned lessons.

**What do you dislike about PlanbookEdu?**

I just prefer the old fashioned paper and pen. Having to input everything and then possibily revise things is an unnecessary complication. I'm also not a teacher who relies heavily on a planbook. We have the option of using different methods and I choose to use paper and pen, but I'm sure others would enjoy it.

**What problems is PlanbookEdu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This offers a single platform for most of our needs. The ease is the best benefit.

  ### 11. Great Product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2018

**What do you like best about PlanbookEdu?**

I love how easy it is to use. I love the layout, and all the printing options. I really like the color coding option for all the classes.

**What do you dislike about PlanbookEdu?**

I would like there to be an undo button. For example, when you accidentally shift lessons sometimes you shift too many days and it gets all messed up. It would be nice to be able to undo what you did. I do not like how you have to click the back button many times to go back to weeks prior.

**What problems is PlanbookEdu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this for our lesson planning, and keeping everything organized. I see how well a system can keep track of all of your lessons.

  ### 12. Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2018

**What do you like best about PlanbookEdu?**

I really appreciate thit ability to share my lesson plans easily with my team and administrator. I enjoy being able to look back at the previous year to see what I taught during the same time period. Of

**What do you dislike about PlanbookEdu?**

I find it difficult for my elementary classroom to align with the schedule provid d. I need to learn an easier way to change the schedule. But this is probably just something I need to work on versus a problem with the product!

**What problems is PlanbookEdu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has saved me time on a daily and weekly basis as I work to make my lesson plans easier to do so I can put the additional time into my teaching.

  ### 13. Decent Planning Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah S. | Teacher, Primary/Secondary Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2018

**What do you like best about PlanbookEdu?**

I like the ability to create a template that saves me from having to type or write recurring schedule items. I can also make changes as needed for sudden schedule issues or holidays.

**What do you dislike about PlanbookEdu?**

I dislike the limits on how many periods you can have per day, since I like to break up my day into smaller chunks. I teach elementary, so I prefer dividing my day up to incorporate group rotations and recess/lunch break (sometimes I want to include plans during those times).

**Recommendations to others considering PlanbookEdu:**

I have used this product in the past, and after going back to paper lesson plan books, I decided to give it another try because I lost my paper plan book. It was very easy to re-register and start using it again on a trial basis, and I plan to subscribe when my trial is up rather than purchase another paper plan book.

**What problems is PlanbookEdu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the problem of access: with paper plan books, I have to have my lesson planner with me, but I can access PlanbookEdu from any device and make changes neatly without scratching things out, erasing, or running out of space in a little box. I can also share my plans with my grade level teammates when we need to sync up our schedules for certain activities.

  ### 14. Planbook

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2018

**What do you like best about PlanbookEdu?**

It's a good option if you are tired of using a paper and pencil planbook.

**What do you dislike about PlanbookEdu?**

It takes a while to figure out school schedules and get the routines in but you can save it all for the next year.

**Recommendations to others considering PlanbookEdu:**

Play around with it early in the school year to get the best benefits. $15 a year instead of the 12 I purchased it for last year so it might move up in price.

**What problems is PlanbookEdu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making lesson planning more comprehensible and streamline.

  ### 15. Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2018

**What do you like best about PlanbookEdu?**

Planbook is accessible from anywhere and allows professors to create new plans for class from their devices

**What do you dislike about PlanbookEdu?**

I wish the free accounts had more features to test without being premium.

**Recommendations to others considering PlanbookEdu:**

Test it using the free version but know that the premium offers much more.

**What problems is PlanbookEdu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love the Daily rotation schedules and being allowed to see all the lesson plans at once.

  ### 16. Planbook Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2018

**What do you like best about PlanbookEdu?**

I really enjoy the ease of access when copying lesson plans into the future

**What do you dislike about PlanbookEdu?**

I wish the "periods" were able to be renamed so that you didn't have to spend time titling the classes each time.

**Recommendations to others considering PlanbookEdu:**

It would be awesome if the program allowed for a section where a teacher could create a whole lesson and then distribute it into the days/weeks/months. I would like a screen where I could see the lesson without having to toggle between days/weeks/months.

**What problems is PlanbookEdu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an educator I use this to plan my weeks/units out for what I am going to teach. It is nice to be able to get the information typed into a program that keeps it nice and organized.
