Pic2Sheet Reviews & Product Details

Pic2Sheet converts photos of receipts, invoices and bank statements into clean Excel spreadsheets (XLSX or CSV) that are checked, not just extracted. Batch processing: upload up to 100 images at once and get one combined workbook plus a sheet per document. Verified numbers: line items and totals are re-added and checked, and rows that don't add up are flagged with a suggested correction when the fix is unambiguous. Bank statements are reconciled, not just converted — monthly balances are verified against the statement. Multi-page invoices are merged automatically (by "Page X of Y" or invoice number), one invoice per row in QuickBooks- and Xero-importable CSV exports. Receipts and invoices in Chinese and English are read natively, and HEIC/HEIF photos from iPhones are accepted automatically. Flagged rows link back to the original photo for one-click review. Uploads and results are deleted automatically after 7 days. No QuickBooks or Xero account connection is required or offered — Pic2Sheet produces import-ready files. Pricing: 20 free credits with no card required, then $9 for 1,000 credits or $49 for 10,000 credits; credits never expire.
