Penbrothers Reviews & Provider Details

Penbrothers is an offshore staffing company based in the Philippines. Founded in 2014, we help international companies build full-time, client-dedicated remote teams that deliver. We employ more than 1,500 people across the Philippines and serve over 90 global clients in retail, e-commerce, travel and hospitality, IT, fintech, and professional services. Our model is built for companies that want the cost advantage of offshore hiring without the overhead of setting up a local entity or managing payroll, compliance, and HR in a country they don't operate in. Penbrothers handles the full employer side of building an offshore team. We source and vet talent for each specific role, employ them under local Philippine compliance, and run payroll, benefits, taxes, and statutory requirements. Beyond administration, we invest in engagement and retention, onboarding, team building, events, and learning and development, so teams keep performing over time rather than churning out after a few months. Every placement runs through the Hypercare Framework, our 180-day onboarding system built around the period when most offshore hires fail. Hypercare produces a 98% placement success rate and is backed by a replacement guarantee. If a hire doesn't work out, we replace them, and the hiring risk sits with us rather than the client. Pricing is transparent and fixed: a flat monthly management fee per employee plus the team's compensation, broken out line by line. No markup on salaries, no hidden costs. Unlike providers that pool labor and bill by the hour, your Penbrothers team sits inside your business and reports directly to you. We don't just place talent. We make sure they deliver.
