Here is why I am leaving a two-star rating. While my account was suspended, I could not altar the account or cancel my subscription that I could see. So I quickly found a better and much cheaper alternative to Pdfcrowd. However, they re-activated my account without telling me and charged me another $11. I kindly told them I no longer wanted the service and asked them to please rufund the $11. They ensured that my account was canceled but did not refund the unused credits.

I would advise anyone wanting to do html to pdf conversion that there are much, much cheaper alternatives if you look around. The one I switched to uses the Headless Chrome library, and it is extremely accurate.
