This solution utilizes technology from a patented process to automate the daily payment and payout of calculated TIPS, Wages, Commissions, and Service Charges directly to the Employee's Wisely® by ADP® paycard for same day pay while creating an automated record for payroll. Employers can give employees early access to the already earned but unpaid wages, prior to their traditional pay day.
