Payday HCM Reviews & Provider Details

Founded in 1985 by CEO Andy Siegel in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Payday HCM has spent 40 years doing what the big-box payroll giants don't: treating clients like people, not account numbers. What started with a $6,000 bank loan and a dot-matrix printer has grown into a full-service Human Capital Management firm serving businesses of all sizes — from small startups to large enterprises — across industries including banking, dental service organizations, hospitality, and more. What We Do We offer an end-to-end suite of workforce management services, including payroll processing, HR management and consulting, benefits administration, applicant tracking, electronic onboarding, and time & attendance tracking. We also offer a Managed Payroll option that bundles payroll and HR outsourcing into a single, all-in price. Our Philosophy Our culture is built around a simple but rarely practiced idea: people first. Our mission — "One Service. One Heart. One Team." — isn't just marketing copy; it's how we run the business day to day. We even recognize team members with a "One Heart Award" for going above and beyond, and our client service reps are guided by the principles of "Unreasonable Hospitality." The result? Most of our clients stay with us for 14+ years. What Sets Us Apart Unlike large providers like ADP or Paychex, we assign each client a dedicated service team that knows your account — and knows you. True 24/7 support means a real person answers the phone, any time of day.
