Amplifi took what was once a difficult, slow process of sharing assets and information for thousands of skus and made it easy and organized. The search function easily allows our broad team to find exactly what we need for marketing and sales purposes.

Search function could be a little more intuitive. It's hard to narrow down to a specific file that you're looking for as the categorization has some limitations. We loved the system of 'topics' when uploading content. The ability to upload once and the correct assets could appear in multiple locations was a massive help, it cut out a lot of duplication and avoided the issue of older assets being left out in the marketplace. if something needed to be updated, you upload once and it replaced in all the related categories. Coming up with a consistent file naming for our assets and building an organizational strategy was a lengthy process for our team, but one we needed to do regardless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The search algorithms or however that works is really solid. When you're not sure where something is located, the search bar seems to work every time. Being able to share assets to parties outside of our organization is really helpful. The whole site operates really fast, which is rare for a content platform with a lot of storage challenges. I have no major complaints about the program. I do think it's almost a full-time job managing the content on the platform and making sure all of the latest assets are uploaded and available. I upload and delete a lot of assets. The uploading feature is clunky, with about 3 buttons on the same page all leading to the same uploading page, then you have to drag assets into a small square in a large empty area. I also find that image previews don't always load, and/or don't always choose the right hero image even with automation. Deleting assets is also clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't had any big issues. Sometimes I'll start to download something and cancel as the size will be larger than I wanted, but that's more my user error as the size is typically clearly displayed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use AMp mostly for storing content and then sharing it with partners and Geos. It it very simple to upload content and search as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There really isn't much I don't like about AMP. I think there are small things like setting up new folders and making them public that can be confusing but once you get the hang of it everything is easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use this portal for a lot of sku set ups. it is great to have everything in the same location within AMP. Also great that i can pull the information into excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
