I dislike the invoices and the emails that send the invoices. They are set out for the benefit of PatentRenewal and not for the benefit of the customer. The email header would be better if it clearly stated the client to which the attached invoice relates. The invoices would be better if they clearly stated the name of the client at the top and if the renewals were listed in date order. What I do like about the invoices is that I can copy and paste the payee details into my bank account. At the moment, we have not yet added the brands because there are global countries that require proof of use of the brand. This should be represented more transparently, ideally with a clear note or reminder. The same applies to patents in countries where proof of use of the patents is required. PatentRenewal can lag behind when it comes to notifying about changes in the status of applications and renewals.
