PassReady Reviews & Product Details

PassReady is booking, diary and record-keeping software for UK driving instructors, and it costs nothing to run. You get your own booking page, a diary that protects the lessons you already teach, a pupil app with theory practice and progress tracking, and income and expense records kept ready for Making Tax Digital. Unlimited pupils, no monthly fee, no setup cost, no contract. Run everything on cash for free. When you want pupils to pay online by card, switch it on in a couple of minutes. The pupil covers a small booking fee, so you keep your full lesson price, and every paid lesson files itself into your tax records. Cash lessons stay free. Payments run through Stripe, so money goes straight to your bank and never touches us. Your data is yours to export, and you can leave any time. Built in the UK, around the DVSA syllabus, ADI badge rules and HMRC Making Tax Digital.
