## About ParkingChief
ParkingChief is parking software for operators, property owners and cities. It runs on the PARCS, LPR cameras and pay stations you already own, so you can modernize without ripping and replacing equipment. Every payment, validation, permit and ticket lands in one live session record per vehicle that your team, your enforcement officers and your finance staff all work from. What operators run on ParkingChief: • Scan-to-pay: drivers scan a posted QR code and pay from their phone. No app, no account, no kiosk. • Pay-as-you-go: parkers check in by QR code and are charged only for the time they actually park. • Valet: curbside ticketing, plate and damage photos, SMS e-tickets for car requests, and card and cash on the same handheld. It keeps working when the network drops. • Validations: merchant and partner validations that stack cleanly with payments. • Monthly permits: permit parkers managed in the same system as transient parking. • Enforcement: officers see every paid session in real time. • Reporting: revenue and volume by location, with CSV export for finance. Built for garages, surface lots, hotels and venues, on-street zones and event parking.
