Ease of use. The ability to get snippets and templates set up allowing the AE's to easily get their personalised sections completed and out to prospects. The mobile experience could be slightly improved, but this was flagged early on and the team have been great at making the small incremental changes that will ultimately deliver a mobile experience that's has complete parity with the desktop experience.
