OWI Reviews & Product Details

Imagine being an insurance client faced with bureaucratic procedures and long waiting times for a simple issue. This is where OWI steps in to make a difference. At OWI, our mission is to transform the customer experience by making it faster, more efficient, and more satisfying. How? By using an Artificial Intelligence language understanding (NLP) based on a Natural Language Understanding (NLU) innovation and frugal machine learning with an Inductive Logic Programming approach. Our virtual agents, available in Callbot, Chatbot, Mailbot, and Smartform, understand and respond to customer requests in a precise and personalized way. Our AI is available in SaaS or OnPremise, and is designed to resolve issues before they become frustrations for your clients. We have so much confidence in our technology that we contractually guarantee a reliability of over 95%, which means that in 95% of cases our technology makes the same decisions and performs the same actions as your advisors. OWI serves major accounts, constantly improving the customer experience with ROIs measured by our clients between 30% and 200%. In other words, our technology does not just solve problems, it creates shared value between your business and your customers.
