"Horrible service, solid infrastructure"

What do you like best about OVHcloud?

There are some great offers and a good selection of VPS packages available. I also appreciate that there are multiple locations to choose from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OVHcloud?

The user interface and user experience are terrible, and the support is just as bad. I couldn't even figure out why my services were canceled when they weren't due yet. I also couldn't locate a billing section to check for any outstanding payments. The whole system feels completely disorganized. Support is inadequate, and while I was able to reach the live chat, it was so unhelpful that removing the bot altogether might actually be an improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I don't recommend this hosting service to anyone"

What do you like best about OVHcloud?

Unfortunately, I did not find any advantages in this web hosting service. On the contrary, there are all disadvantages and disadvantages Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OVHcloud?

First, the performance is very slow, and more than once I find that my site hosted on it crashes. I write to customer service and do not find solutions.

Secondly, the price of the monthly hosting plan was exaggerated compared to other companies providing the same service while getting very little performance. You will have to pay annually to get a slight discount.

Thirdly and most importantly, I was on an annual plan whose price was 107 dollars, knowing that the bill was coming to me for 127 dollars at the time. I did not know how that happened. I corresponded with customer service a lot and did not find any answer, and the value was not reduced upon renewal for the second time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Overpriced, underperformant, with the worst customer service in history"

What do you like best about OVHcloud?

That I no longer have to deal with them. The only thing I regret more than ordering from OVH is ordering on an annual plan. Never ever deal with these pricks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OVHcloud?

Absolutly everything. They charged us a fortune, the product was crap, their dashboard was slow to the point of being nearly unusable, their support was useless, they take at least a week to reply to any ticket - and at the end, they refused to refund our remaining account credit (despite saying that they would). "OVH: Excellent services and clear administration panels, but with some areas for improvement"

What do you like best about OVHcloud?

I had the opportunity to use the services of OVH, one of the main big European operators, and I must say that I was very satisfied. The services offered are excellent, stable and the administration panels are clear and well structured. Luckily, I've never needed assistance as I'm able to troubleshoot any issues without difficulty, thanks to the options available within the admin panels.

OVH, in my opinion, can no longer be considered a service suitable only for "digital illiterates", as it could have been in the past. It offers a solid platform that can be used successfully even by more technical and professional users like me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Also, some services could be added to the admin panels to further enhance the user experience.
