The tool itself functioned adequately when I first purchased it, which is exactly why I decided to invest in their AppSumo Lifetime Deal (LTD) to begin with. Outscraper seems to actively look for excuses to permanently suspend and revoke Lifetime Deal licenses. They do not put hard caps or safeguards on your monthly AppSumo limits. Instead, if you accidentally exceed your quota, they let the system rack up overage charges at their standard rates, immediately lock you out of your entire account, and hold your lifetime license hostage.
In my case, a single instance of overage resulted in a permanent suspension lasting nearly two years. When I reached out to resolve the situation and find a mutually beneficial solution, their support team rigidly demanded payment of the outstanding invoice to release the account. It is blatantly obvious that they are using this "exceeded quota" loophole as a deliberate strategy to purge early AppSumo backers and force them into standard recurring billing.
