OutlookDog Reviews & Product Details

OutlookDog is an AI email assistant that lives inside the Outlook you already use — Classic, New, and the web. No new inbox, no forwarding your mail, no learning curve. Five things, so you don't have to: • Fetches the point — any message summarized in one tap; risky messages explained automatically. • Speaks your language — replies drafted in your voice, inserted for you to review and send. Nothing is ever sent for you. • Auto-categorize — your inbox sorted into five sensible piles. • Train your AI dog — one plain-English sentence becomes a filing rule. • Guards the door — every message gets an instant safety check; likely scams get a plain-English explanation. Private by architecture: your mail is never stored and never used to train AI — each message is processed in the moment on Azure OpenAI, inside the Microsoft cloud, and discarded. Deploy org-wide from the Microsoft 365 admin center in about 10 minutes. Personal $7/month · Business $9/mailbox · 7-day free trial.
