Not having an option for other applications requires only relying on Outlook, which requires purchases and other applications just to use this service, and that demotivates many users who want something simple. Like the ease of the product. Makes viewing and sharing things from my email very easy. I like the ability to just drag from an email into my browser. I didn’t know about this function until recently. Wish I would have know about it sooner. Especially for folks who are not very tech savvy or for those who do not want to have to download a file just to view it. You just simply drag a file from your email and into you browser. The biggest thing I dislike about Outlook is that you often have to login several times, making it not as user friendly for older generations in the workplace who might not be as tech savvy.
