Very easy to use- as a layman on the software I grasped the basic concepts and could navigate through the dashboard easily without any formal training.

I used it frequently as during my audit procedures for a US client. I had the access to the client's profile. At times in case we faced any issues we contacted the customer support through email or submitted a request and received response usually within 24 hours.

I can't speak for everyone, but in my experience, Oracle's software is generally quite reliable. While Oracle data was is a powerful and very useful to for me, but sometimes when I try to do some complex query, then it takes a lot of time and it can be quite complex to manage and configure the database in Oracle.
