Opkey's impact analysis feature stands out from the others for me. This helped me a lot to expedite our testing timelines whenever there was a patch update for a client project we were working on for Oracle Fusion. The only negative I can think about is a lack of documentation on certain topics which were hard to find in their helpdesk portal, but when we reached out they provided them for us. Opkey's self-healing scripts worked like a charm for my Salesforce. It especially helped me a lot while we were updating a bunch of forms within Salesforce and some of our heavily integrated processes, to ensure our tests weren’t needing constant fixing. Opkey's object repository feature worked like a charm. Opkey's AI brought in the correct objects after I recorded and tested my Workday application. I had an issue while downloading and installing the smart recorder feature on my system. It was actually a small error on my part, which their customer support pointed out. I liked how Opkey brought data from the object repository automatically into my testing program. New testers might find the tool hard to navigate. I saw a couple of tutorials on YouTube, but it is not enough. They need to improve their onboarding of new people regarding plug-ins and agents.
