Onsite Rail Solutions Reviews & Product Details

Onsite Rail Solutions is railcar repair management software built specifically for RCR facilities—mobile repair crews, home shops, and mini-shops. It replaces spreadsheets, whiteboards, and text-message scheduling with one clear system for service requests, work orders, and repair status. Managers can assign jobs, schedule technicians, and see every car’s status in real time. The platform includes BRC tracking, welder maintenance logs, and technician qualification management to support AAR and customer documentation. ORS is designed by someone who ran railcar repair operations for over a decade, so workflows match how shops actually work, not generic field service. Pricing is simple: a flat monthly fee per facility with unlimited users, no setup fees, and a 14-day free trial.
