I am a PA in dermatology and was able to easily see who was contacting me and when. The app allowed me to have quick access to patient data and the ability to respond to patients in a timely fashion. The alert was loud enough to be able to decipher the app from other alerts as well. Overall great experience

I did not find anything wrong with the app.

Quicker access to patient care is always important and OnPage allows that.

Rings at set volume no matter what my phone norification/ ringer volume is set to. Has a choice of a couple different volumes and ringer sounds, but the default is loud and distinct enough that it can be heard clearly and never fails to wake me up. You can also have a backup system, so if a page is meant to come to me but I am unable to answer it it is set to automatically go to my backup after 5 minutes.

Pages used to not come through occasionally, especially when switching from WIFI to data on your phone. I havent had this happen in several months though. One member of our team does have this happen, but it's more likely an issue with her phone rather than the app as she is the only one with issues still.

Multiple people need to be able to sign into the same paging system as they are paging a facility rather than a person. On-page allows multiple people to use a single pager ID. It also signs the previous person out of the system if a new person logs in.

Onpage has consistent and reliable service. When I first started there were some issues where I did not receive pages, but the support was quickly able to help me fix the problem.

Mostly the only issues I have had with the paging system is when I'm not paged in the first place, and thats hardly something to blame the onpage system for!

OnPage makes it quick and easy for me to get alerts. It's simple and useful.

I keep it on silent mode, as the ding is very loud.

Secure right to phone, easy to read, easy to use

The pager sound is too loud. Even on medium it screams. Not everyone needs a sound to wake the dead, I'd like to customize the sound level.

Secure confidential communication of patient info

The fact that this is on my phone allows me not to have to carry around multiple devices, eliminating those frustrations when I am on call... Not having to trade off the phone to another user when my on-call cycle is over makes the process much smoother.

The software was a bit hard to set up on my phone, as there are battery optimization and other settings that cause the phone to "clear" the setup when not used often... setting these up ahead of time to make sure my rotation is correct was time-consuming. The application only helped with setting up about half of them.

This software solves the "shared pager" scenario that made multiple people have to pass devices around.

Love the ease with which you can access pages

Not much, it is very helpful. Only issue is it needs to be reset every so often.

It is connecting the employees to the workplace health and safety to help suppport them.

OnPage has a loud alarm which is perfect for 24/7 crisis work!

It will ring while you are on a call and is difficult to shut off while doing so.

Simple interface. It does the job for sending pages and is easy to use. I am able to tell if my forwarded messages are read by the recipient.
