There is great out-of-the-box functionality, but what is great about OneStream is seemingly limitless customization can be built on it. This allows for precise customization regardless of the customer and their needs. Additionally, the MarketPlace is constantly evolving, expanding, and growing based on customer/consultant feedback. **What do you dislike about OneStream - Unified EPM?** It's difficult to find a true dislike about OneStream, but if I had to pick one, I would say that I wish some of the MarketPlace Solutions were a little more robustly built out-of-the-box. An example would be that the People Planning module didn't have a lot pre-built that we could build upon. **What problems is OneStream - Unified EPM solving and how is that benefiting you?** OneStream has streamlined so many functions for us. This has lead to faster and more accurate report distribution, more dynamic and precise forecasting, and improved compliance/controls. It's so easy to enter and access the value added data without spending time wasting through data and tieing out data from multiple platforms. The implementation was easy and the use of the consolidation tool has improved our close process by reducing the hours spent, but also improving the level of confidence we have in our monthly results. Finance owns the product and any changes we need to make, we can implement without IT involvement. **What do you dislike about OneStream - Unified EPM?** We still have work to make our forecasting process easier and smoother. Right now we still are leveraging Excel to do much of our forecasting, but are in the process of looking for a better option within OneStream. **What problems is OneStream - Unified EPM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have multiple ERPs and the consolidation tool we had previously took hours to update. The old tool also limited us from making changes in our ERPs. OneStream has allowed us to be more flexible in making master data changes in our ERPs and the flow seemlessly into OneStream. We are currently in implementation and have had zero issues upgrading from HFM to OneStream for Close and Consolidations. The system works very efficiently - it takes very few clicks to make any changes required and I love that we can easily download a complete audit trail of the changes. **What do you dislike about OneStream - Unified EPM?** At this point there is not something I dislike. The implementation process has gone smoothly. **What problems is OneStream - Unified EPM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We currently struggle to have one source of truth for our financial data across all business functions. We have users that will download point in time data and upload to PowerBI without completing data validaiton. This causes misinformation being sent to our key decision makers in our company. Etendable dimensionality took me a long time to understand even with the training provided online, so it would be nice to see additional basic training to help new users get acquianted with the software. **What problems is OneStream - Unified EPM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our current consolidation file requires consolidating 3 different ERP systems and 7 different companies within Excel, so OneStream allows us to bring all this into one centralized location for improved efficiency and reporting. ### 26.
