## OneEntry Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Is OneEntry free, or does it offer a free trial?

Yes. According to G2 data, OneEntry offers a free plan with limited features. Users can upgrade to paid plans for additional capabilities. Visit the seller's official pricing page to compare plan options and features.

How much does OneEntry cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, OneEntry pricing in 2026 starts at $25.00 and can reach $85.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the OneEntry Portal LLC's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is OneEntry pricing best suited for?

OneEntry's pricing is best suited for small business developers and software agencies building modern web or mobile applications with Next.js, React, or similar frameworks. The overwhelming majority of G2 reviewers fall in the small business segment across computer software, IT, apparel, real estate, and e-commerce industries. The $25.00/month Launch tier fits solo developers or early-stage projects needing domain connection and basic support. The $55.00/month Basic tier suits small teams requiring push notifications, user activation, and custom modules. The $85.00/month Advanced tier targets growing businesses managing large product catalogs. G2 reviews of OneEntry also highlight non-technical business owners in consumer services and retail as beneficiaries of its managed backend approach.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of OneEntry?

OneEntry's free Study tier is tightly capped: 300 entries, 15 requests per second, 100 MB SSD, 1 MB max image upload, one administrator, no domain connection, no backup, no technical support, and Stripe-only payments. G2 reviewers note the free tier is useful for exploration but one reviewer flagged that free projects are automatically removed after 18 days, limiting evaluation time. OneEntry's paid plans starting at $25.00/month unlock domain connection, daily backups, multi-admin support, and technical support. OneEntry's higher tiers add push/email/websocket events, user activation, custom modules, large catalog imports, and significantly higher resource limits, with the $85.00/month Advanced tier supporting 30,000 records and 60 administrators.

Is OneEntry considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of OneEntry broadly rate it 5.0/5 and cite strong value, particularly for developers and small businesses needing a combined headless CMS and BaaS without building backend infrastructure from scratch. Reviewers in computer software and IT highlight that OneEntry's pricing consolidates hosting, content management, authentication, and APIs into one cost, avoiding the hidden fees of juggling multiple tools. One G2 reviewer explicitly notes avoiding hidden costs seen in other tools. A minority flag the cost as high for simple sites or student use, and one reviewer notes the pricing model lacks clarity as usage scales. Overall, G2 reviews of OneEntry indicate strong value for developer-focused small businesses.

What do you like best about OneEntry?

I've been using onde entry to create my candle ecommerce.

Iam a senior software engineer with more expertise um backend, so for me create an e-commerce using the tradicional way could cost me a loot of time.

So One entry facility for me exactly this: I don't need the backend, just front end, and it's very easy to "merge".

My favorite freature it's the menu integration using NPM and the front end template that OneEntry provides. Very easy to understand and very well documentated.

And the authentication integration, using the unique token, I can be secure of my data inside of OneEntry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneEntry?

- I had some issues where my password worked at first, but later wasn’t recognized, making the login process frustrating using the login portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OneEntry solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me removes some backend complexity, with database for example. It's not necessary to care about this.

And the other benefit is scalability, I used for my e-commerce and I uploaded a couple of photos and integrated with menu, user and authentication. For me, all this process took 30 minutes and I still didn't have any problems with scalability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4.5/5

What do you like best about OneEntry?

I have been using OneEntry for a quite a time now and I have got to say that it's one of the Easiest CMS to work with. The integration part was super simple, it has been built with developers in mind. Implemenations of advanced features were very easy like payment gateway, order status tracking, etc. The customer support of OneEntry is major plus point I would suggest their CMS to other people and use it more often in my other projects. The support team is super responsive and polite. The package is getting regular updates and security patches which is also solid. I have used it with React, Next.js and Vanilla Javascript. Overall it's one of the best CMS available for wide range of things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneEntry?

The UI of the product needs to be more good. It's not available in responsive mode, which is not a major thing but needs to adapted. Documentation was not good when I used it but I see that it has updated and is rock solid now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
