Ondine Reviews & Product Details

Ondine is an AI assistant for luxury hospitality, offering 24/7 multilingual guest communication based on documented property information. Staff control interactions, as the system uses official records for prices, schedules, and availability. It manages service requests like spa treatments, dining reservations, and transportation, logging inquiries for staff to review or complete. Questions outside its knowledge are escalated to staff transparently. Accessible via mobile browsers without downloads, staff can approve responses or enable autonomous operation once confident in its accuracy. Managers can update property details using voice dictation, with changes instantly available to guests. Properties can customize branding with names, logos, and colors, while the system processes documents like spa menus and restaurant offerings, updating automatically with uploads. Data is stored in Europe, with guest conversations deleted after 90 days and logs after 12 months.
