OnboardingHub Reviews & Product Details

OnboardingHub is a customer onboarding platform designed for B2B SaaS companies. It allows teams to build structured, step-by-step onboarding guides using a visual drag-and-drop builder that supports text, images, videos, and embedded tools like Calendly, Typeform, and Loom. The platform offers role-based onboarding journeys that can be tailored by customer segment or user role, a customer-facing progress portal where clients can track their milestones without needing to create an account, and engagement analytics with step-level completion tracking, drop-off analysis, and customer effort scoring. Additional capabilities include centralized contact and organization management, multi-workspace support for running separate onboarding programmes by product or region, and role-based permissions with SSO integration and audit trails. OnboardingHub is used by Customer Success, Growth, Product, Training, and Enablement teams.
