It's one of the most flexible MDM tools I've ever used.
The UI/UX around data modeling is great. It enables you to create a model for any domain you need - it's not fixed to just customer, business partner, or something like that. For example, we used it to support our asset domain and then used the stellar hierarchy management capabilities to build a full asset hierarchy. And then used the cross domain capabilities to link it to financial hierarchies and suppliers. FWIW, the models are super easy to change and was super fast.
Of course, governance was a big part of this as well. We created a whole slew of stewardship workflows to make sure our data was kept clean. Integration was likewise super easy and performance was solid.
I will point out that we tied this into our context layer for agentic AI. I don't know how one would get AI Agents to work without the data from an MDM system like EBX.
Pricing for us was good - not really out of the league of other products. Support from the company was decent as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's almost too flexible. Once the biz team saw the kinds of data that could be stored in EBX they wanted to stuck all kind of master data in there. It's good, but some things really should be in SAP or Saleforce.
Also, the product does have a learning curve especialy around some of the more complex capabilities like match-merge. It takes time to learn how to use it effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
