OIT GmbH Reviews & Provider Details

OIT GmbH is a German IT and technology company based in Osnabrück that supports small and mid-sized businesses as their long-term digital partner. Founded in 2016, OIT combines classic managed IT services — IT support, Microsoft 365 and cloud, IT security, hardware and networking — with software development, web and hosting, and applied artificial intelligence. With OIT KI Gateway, the company offers a self-developed AI platform that gives organizations secure, governed access to leading large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral and self-hosted local models) through a single unified interface and API. Central user management, budget and cost controls, and audit-ready logging make enterprise AI adoption compliant and manageable — without vendor lock-in. OIT's approach is pragmatic and hands-on: bringing the latest technology to customers as a practical tool, not an end in itself. A dedicated team delivers consulting, implementation and ongoing operations, so clients can adopt modern IT and AI with one trusted partner.
