I just feel it might be a little complicated initially to setup for naive users (but once setup it might be very easy to maintain) though i have to try out myself. We are trying to take the large unknown DNA sequences and try to compare them with the existing ones and align them using various methods and finally try to find the closest matching pattern to know which genome does the sequence belong to. NVIDIA always gives the power for developers and data scientists to simplify many tasks in AI and ML fields. DIGITS is one such creation that helps developers to design and train more complex networks. The exciting thing is it is an open-source project. Really the main reason I liked DIGITS is that they built nice tooling around the data and the learning process so we could get the gist of your errors quickly and fix them as they arise.
