"Organized Leads, Seamless Syncing, Top Recommendation"
What do you like best about Nutshell?

I love the thorough platform that Nutshell provides. When I put a lead into the system, it has everything broken down to what entails for each lead. It shows the pipeline of going to the next steps, which I like. I also loved how Nutshell synced with our Google Drive and it helped to really organize our company. The initial setup was very easy, as the agents were really thorough and experienced, helping me with every step of the way and any clarifying questions I had. What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I feel as though the broadcast or sometimes the newsletter could be a little bit more detailed when sending them out and keeping track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Clean CRM with a Visual Pipeline and Built-In Marketing Tools"
What do you like best about Nutshell?

The best thing about this platform is its ease of use and its simplicity in terms of its features. Their platform is also very intuitive and clean. This platform also helps our team to track leads and manage them through the entire pipeline. Most importantly, I like their visual pipeline and their built-in marketing tools, which allow us to handle both sales and communication in a single platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Though their CRM covers most of the features, some advanced customisation options and deeper automation capabilities should be expanded further. Complicated workflows are a bit difficult to handle with this platform. Their integration ecosystem for their platform could be expanded as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Lead Tracking with Easy Company Connections"
What do you like best about Nutshell?

I like how easy it is to build connections between companies and leads in Nutshell, including the tag features within logging activities. It's not convoluted to link things together as it was in the project management tool we were using before. Rather, Nutshell has out-of-the-box solutions that meet our connection needs. I also like the custom BCC option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I think one improvement could be making the ability to parse which email chains belong to which leads easier. I like the custom BCC option, but if there was something that you did not have to remember to copy every time, that could be useful. The lead import caused a lot of work on my end. "Effortless Sales Management with an Intuitive, User-Friendly Interface"
What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell is easy for sales teams to adopt and actually use on a daily basis. The interface is clean, pipelines are flexible, and it supports a structured sales process without feeling heavy or overbuilt. It provides solid visibility into deals and activity, which makes managing and coaching the team more straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Reporting and automation are more limited than some larger CRMs, and teams with very complex workflows may find themselves wanting deeper customization. While this simplicity is a strength, it may feel restrictive for organizations looking for advanced enterprise-level features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for organizing and keeping up with people for your business."
What do you like best about Nutshell?

The non profit I work for uses this software to have one place to track and follow up with people that are interested in knowing more about what we do (that hopefully leads to working with us). Once you understand what features are there, it is very easy to use. I am on and off Nutshell all day, and have to teach other teammates how to use it sometimes. The automations make it easy to communicate with your network once a new person drops into your pipeline. That takes one thing off of my plate, but still leaves a personal touch with the person on the other side of the email/text. Setting reminders (aka activities) keeps me on task without having to backtrack to figure out what my next step is. You just keep moving forward! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

The hard part of Nutshell is the same as any tech related thing. You have to figure out the different features. Nutshell provides support and trainings that give you an overview of how to use it as well as updated trainings when a new feature is added. So, once you learn the new feature, you are able to integrate it into making your job easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient CRM with Powerful Pipeline Visibility"
What do you like best about Nutshell?

I really like the clean, visual, and instantly actionable pipeline view in Nutshell. It makes it easy to see every deal stage and allows for simple drag-and-drop updates, which helps in quickly spotting bottlenecks. The email integration is seamless too; it syncs perfectly with our inboxes, logs conversations automatically, and we can send personalized outreach directly from the platform without switching between apps. Another aspect I appreciate is the simplicity of the automation. We don't need a developer to set up follow-up sequences, task reminders, or lead routing, which saves us hours of admin work every week. Lastly, the initial setup of Nutshell is one of the fastest and least complicated we've experienced for a small-to-mid-sized B2B sales team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

The mobile app is functional but feels stripped down. It works for quick updates and checking tasks, but it lacks many of the desktop features, making it less useful for reps who work mostly on the go. The pipeline view is not fully functional on mobile; you can see deals, but you can't easily filter, sort, or customize columns the way you can on desktop. For reps who manage their pipeline on the go, this is a big gap. Email composition and scheduling feel restricted. While you can reply to emails, creating more personalized, structured outreach or scheduling send-times is clunky or unavailable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Total Game-changer!"
What do you like best about Nutshell?

What stands out most in Nutshell is the seamless call logging and transcription feature. Every conversation is documented automatically, giving me total clarity and confidence when managing client relationships. If I ever need to double-check wording, revisit commitments, or track follow-ups, it’s all right there. It removes human error and keeps everything organised effortlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Honestly, the hardest part of reviewing Nutshell is finding something negative to say. If I had to choose, I’d say sometimes I rely on the transcript so much that I don’t take my own notes anymore. But that’s hardly a real complaint - it just shows how well it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive CRM That Streamlines Sales Effortlessly"
What do you like best about Nutshell?

I love Nutshell's intuitive, clean UI and super-low learning curve. The modern, uncluttered interface makes it easy to dive in and start working immediately, which is why it sees such high adoption rates. The drag-and-drop pipelines and customizable dashboards are fantastic, providing a logical, supportive environment rather than getting in the way. This is critical for my small team, alleviating a lot of frustration and saving us significant time. I also really appreciate the Next-Action Focus & AI-Powered Insights, which stand out remarkably. With features like AI recommendations and the focusing on the most important next action, it helps reduce indecision and drives faster momentum. It's highly practical and aids in smarter, quicker selling. Additionally, Nutshell's seamless pipeline management and visibility give us clear forecasting and empower us with strong reporting tools that are both easy to use and insightful. Everything ties together nicely for a streamlined experience that really boosts our productivity. Also, I find that Nutshell's compatibility with various other tools is one of its biggest strengths, streamlining our workflow without cumbersome custom development. Lastly, the setup was a breeze—easy, quick, and straightforward, much simpler than other CRMs I've tried. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

1. Reporting and analytics depth is fairly basic. The standard reports and dashboards are good for quick overviews, but they lack advanced slicing and dicing options needed for complex analysis. Custom reports exist but aren't flexible enough for detailed multi-dimensional breakdowns. It sometimes requires exporting to Excel/Google Sheets, which isn't ideal for an all-in-one solution. 2. Customization limits for very specific or complex workflows. While you can add custom fields and automations, there are restrictions if your sales process needs highly unique requirements. Complex workflows like multi-layered approval chains or highly tailored views hit limits quickly. Some advanced features are only available at higher tiers, which can feel restrictive for mid-tier plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Seamless CRM for U.S. Sales Teams"
What do you like best about Nutshell?

I love Nutshell's intuitive, no-code usability that offers a zero learning curve for non-technical U.S. regional reps. It's the only CRM that our non-technical regional sales reps and U.S. partner teams use consistently, without the need for mandatory training or IT support. For our distributed U.S. team, this is crucial. Nutshell's interface is clean and aligns perfectly with U.S. sales workflows, making each action like adding a lead, updating a pipeline stage, or sending an email just 1-2 clicks away, with no confusing custom fields or jargon. The initial setup was exceptionally fast, intuitive, and zero-fuss for our U.S.-based B2B SaaS/retail tech business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I find the lead routing limited; there's no native way to auto-route U.S. leads to the correct regional rep or partner. We have to route leads manually, leading to delayed follow-ups for time-sensitive U.S. SMB leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Organization tool"
What do you like best about Nutshell?

It is nice to have a hub for marketing resources integrated with our database list. Being able to directly contact people through the system with customized campaigns is very convenient. Once you dive in and learn the system, it is very easy to use across departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Responsiveness and clarity from the support team for upcoming updates is an area that can be improved upon. They do have a 'roadmap' for upcoming features. Some of the updates are also confusing in the moment and change the process in how you do things. These changes typically are not communicated in the roadmap.
