Honestly, what I appreciate most about NCI is how much it simplifies my daily work. Having everything—storage, compute, and networking—in one place means I no longer have to switch between countless different tools. The dashboard is intuitive, allowing me to accomplish most tasks without having to navigate through complex menus. Updates are much easier compared to our previous system, often requiring just a few clicks. The pricing is definitely on the higher side, making it more of a significant investment rather than a budget option for smaller operations. If you're used to traditional infrastructure, there is a noticeable learning curve—our team needed a few weeks to feel truly at ease with the system. I also found that some parts of the documentation, especially those covering edge cases, could be more clearly written. Explaining the licensing model to management turned out to be more challenging than expected.
