Having real-time decision making is a great competitive advantage, and we were able to get a loan from application through documents in just 5 minutes. **What do you dislike about Numerated?** It would be nice to have auto-boarding, more control of our data, have a renewal workflow, and be able to make changes to certain credit parameters. **What problems is Numerated solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can have an efficient small business lending platform. We can reach more clients without adding to staff and have a faster decision-making process. ### 2. The Numerated Team was solving problems every night and making improvements every day. They were not just good; they were also responsive and personable despite working under tremendous pressure of the PPP process. **What do you dislike about Numerated?** The process was very democratic in which issues were solved in what order. I, of course, wanted my concerns attended to first. They were resolved in short order, so no real complaint. **What problems is Numerated solving and how is that benefiting you?** We chose to go with Numerated in the 2nd round of PPP funding. They adapted their engine to process PPP requests, track needed information, and carry it into the forgiveness process. We saved hundreds of hours of work. We had designed and executed our solution in-house in the 1st round of PPP. ### 4. They are partnering with the right vendors to automate the end-to-end lending process. The Numerated team really cares about their customers and dig in to provide assistance whenever needed. They are always looking at “what’s next” in the digital lending world and how they can solve problems for us. **What do you dislike about Numerated?** Not a dislike, more a desire for future enhancement: Would love more bank level control over credit matrix. **What problems is Numerated solving and how is that benefiting you?** Numerated allows us to scale - we can automate as much as desired while continuing to offer banker led applications when we choose. We can now serve customers 24/7 and respond quickly with recommended decisions or hold for further review. Numerated has steadily improved their product offering since 2018 and are amazing partners in PPP lending as well as conventional lending. ### 5. The platform has been an integral piece in our Bank's digital transformation. **What do you dislike about Numerated?** Not having the ability to do all of our work via the platform :) **What problems is Numerated solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are bridging the digital divide with customers. ### 6. The crew anticipates customers' needs and delivers them before we even knew what we needed. The support has been top notch throughout the PPP program with at least twice-weekly webinars, a vast knowledge center, and responsive customer support team. **What do you dislike about Numerated?** Wish there was a full suite of credit underwriting for larger loans, also. **What problems is Numerated solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thanks to Numerated, our average manhour time for booking a PPP loan from application through funding went from around 10 hours each, to about 1.5 hours for the whole process. ### 7.
