NIKOLIS AI Reviews & Product Details

NIKOLIS AI is an AI Sales Concierge built specifically for hotels, resorts, boutique properties, spa hotels, and hospitality businesses that want to turn more website visitors into direct booking opportunities. Embedded directly into a hotel’s website, NIKOLIS AI engages potential guests 24/7 and provides property-specific assistance throughout the booking journey. Guests can ask natural-language questions about rooms, rates, availability, amenities, spa facilities, dining, breakfast, parking, transfers, pet policies, check-in and check-out, and other hotel services. Unlike a traditional hotel chatbot focused primarily on answering frequently asked questions, NIKOLIS AI is designed with a sales-oriented approach. It can recognize booking intent, assist guests with availability searches and room selection, recommend relevant room categories, upgrades, services, and experiences, and guide potential guests toward direct booking. Each hotel manages its own rooms, pricing, inventory, services, policies, and property information through a dedicated administration environment. This allows the AI Sales Concierge to provide a hotel-specific guest experience rather than generic chatbot responses. NIKOLIS AI can help hotels automate repetitive pre-booking inquiries while giving potential guests immediate assistance at any time of day. By keeping more of the guest journey on the hotel’s own website, the platform is designed to help properties increase direct booking opportunities, generate additional upsell revenue, improve the digital guest experience, and reduce reliance on third-party booking channels. NIKOLIS AI is suitable for independent hotels, boutique hotels, resorts, spa properties, and hotel groups looking to introduce AI-powered guest communication and sales assistance into their direct booking strategy. The platform is designed with integration capabilities for hotel technology ecosystems, allowing connectivity with external PMS, booking engine, and hotel systems through supported integration methods and APIs.
