NexJob Reviews & Product Details

NexJob is a cloud-based field service management (FSM) platform built specifically for trade service businesses — including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and general contracting companies. Designed for the way modern field service operations work, NexJob connects your office, your team, and your customers in a single unified platform. At its core, NexJob streamlines the entire job lifecycle — from initial customer inquiry through scheduling, dispatching, job execution, invoicing, and payment collection. Office administrators gain real-time visibility into every job, while technicians in the field receive instant updates, access job details, capture photos, and log time directly from their mobile devices. No more missed calls, lost paperwork, or disconnected spreadsheets. Key features include intelligent job scheduling with drag-and-drop dispatch boards, customer management with full service history, automated appointment reminders and follow-ups, on-site quote generation and digital signature capture, and integrated invoicing with online payment processing. NexJob also includes a customer portal that allows clients to request service, track job status, and pay invoices from any device. NexJob is built for solo operators, growing teams, and multi-crew operations alike. Whether you are a one-person shop looking to get organized or a 50-technician operation trying to eliminate manual processes, NexJob scales with your business. Setup takes minutes, not months — no dedicated IT team required. Unlike enterprise FSM tools designed for large corporations, NexJob is purpose-built for the independent trade professional. It prioritizes simplicity, speed, and affordability, so you can spend less time managing software and more time growing your business. NexJob is accessible via web browser and mobile app, with no hardware requirements and no long-term contracts. It includes onboarding support and an active help center to get your team running quickly.
