Newswise Reviews & Provider Details

Newswise is the leading research news distribution platform trusted by universities, research institutions, medical centers, and scientific organizations. Unlike general PR wire services, Newswise specializes exclusively in academic and scientific news, giving researchers direct access to a verified, opt-in database of over 7,000 journalists organized by niche beat and subject area. Every day, Newswise sends a curated Daily Wire to subscribed reporters based on their specific beat, ensuring research reaches the exact journalist covering that field rather than a generic newswire inbox. The platform also features dedicated Expert Profiles and an Expert Pitch tool, allowing journalists to find and contact an institution's researchers directly. Newswise offers the most competitive pricing in the research distribution space, along with comprehensive analytics so institutions can measure reach, pickup, and media impact. An AI-powered tool helps clients identify the most relevant niche reporters for each release, removing guesswork from media targeting.
