What do you like best about Netwrix PingCastle?

good product, integrations are easy, it can run from any domain joined machine. The report gives a clear risk score, performance wise it's good, MITRE ATT&CK mapping helps when explaining issues to management, UI is user friendly, pricing is good but could be better, support team is very responsive and fast, AI is integrated so easy operations. What do you dislike about Netwrix PingCastle?

There are no ready-made connectors for SIEM or ticketing tools, so getting findings into those workflows takes some scripting with the XML output, everything was good, we struggled to integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Netwrix PingCastle?

I really like the Entra scanning introduced with the 4.0 release. On the enterprise version, I also appreciate being able to review historic data. Overall, the interface is straightforward and very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netwrix PingCastle?

The installer for 4.0 on the enterprise version currently has issues and when a risk score remains unchanged for a domain, no email is sent out. Also, when an action plan is assigned to a user, that user does not receive any email alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for the review. We’re glad you’re finding value in Entra scanning and historical data, and we’re sorry for the installation difficulties and notification gaps.

The critical installer issues have been resolved in version 4.0.0.27, with further refinements planned. We’re also planning improvements to action plans, including assignment notifications. We appreciate your point about email updates when a domain’s risk score remains unchanged, too.
