## NetSPI Reviews
  ### 1. Exceptional Pentesting and Seamless Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake B. | Application Security Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NetSPI?**

I use NetSPI to conduct pentests, and I appreciate the great skillset of the pentesters. I'm always pleasantly surprised by the extent of their coverage. The platform allows us to track vulnerabilities and remediate actions, coordinate seamlessly with the testing team, conduct retests, and access proof of exploit. I like how it keeps us synced on where remediations are at and enables seamless communication. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus for me.

**What do you dislike about NetSPI?**

The new features rolled out are immature, but are moving in the right direction. One thing that could be improved is allowing admins on the customer side to add users to engagements rather than having to reach out to NetSPI to do so.

**What problems is NetSPI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetSPI helps us track vulnerabilities, coordinate with the testing team, conduct retests, and access proof of exploit. It keeps us synced on remediations and enables seamless communication.

**Official Response from Jeremy Middleton:**

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy L. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about NetSPI?**

What we liked best was the abundant amount of direction and support from staff and leadership at Neptsi. We had countless calls surrounding the scope of our initiatives with knowleagable insight from Richard Booth and team. The Resolve platform/Dashboard is and will evolutionize the industry. Easy to use and manage with all the informaiton needed. THe dashboard even has a chat feature with that was tied with the tester for immediate support. Overall a great platform and company.

**What do you dislike about NetSPI?**

Netspi Resolve was great. I do not have any dislikes or ideas of improvement at this time.

**What problems is NetSPI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Netpis Resolve has solved our problem of finding a vendor that was respectable and willing to work with our initiatives for Penetration testing. It has surpassed out expectations and want to thank everyone involed.

  ### 4. It was an outstanding experience working with such a professional team.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohamed E. | Fractional CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2023

**What do you like best about NetSPI?**

The process was great, and they totally understood what we were doing. (from a business perspective).

They provided us with a very professional dashboard, which collects all the docs, files, and communications between team members in a single place.

During the project, they kept providing us with daily updates. also, they kept recommending different recommendations in different areas, and we felt that we were dealing with a real partner.

They were very flexible on too many points (for example re-scheduling some arrangements).

Overall it was really a great experience. highly highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about NetSPI?**

Nothing at all; I will definitely pick them again in the project.

**What problems is NetSPI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They ran the pen-testing to help us to improve our security.

  ### 5. Great product with all the features to make penetration testing fun for everyone!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2023

**What do you like best about NetSPI?**

The team over at NetSPI is top notch and does an amazing job in all aspects of the engagement. The tooling they have built with Resolve complements them perfectly and gives both sides of the engagement all of the information they need to get the job done. Simple, easy to use interface and good filtering make it easy to process findings and manage their resolution.

**What do you dislike about NetSPI?**

There isn't much to criticize about Resolve. It gets the job done and is just easy to use!

**What problems is NetSPI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolve categorizes and manages all of the findings of a penetration test for both the testers and client.

  ### 6. Resolve is simple, effective program management for pen testing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael A M. | Compliance Officer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2023

**What do you like best about NetSPI?**

Its a one stop shop for the history of all projects with Netspi. I can see when the next engagement starts, read the report from a past one, and chat with my testing team. I'm NEVER in the dark, which has alwaysbeen a probelm with other pen testing companies.

**What do you dislike about NetSPI?**

The MFA code expires pretty quickly and I'm an old man who types slowly. This is more a me issue than Reslove issue. None of my managers or engineers have complained abotu this.

**What problems is NetSPI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've spent 20 years working with various pen testing coanies and ONLY NetSPI has both tech brilliance AND program management. At the beginining of the year I sign on for 5 to 10 engagements and they're instantly populated into Resolve. I know when projects are scheduled, starting, running, complete, and have a full history instantly, intuitively available. I have a full unified list of issues and vulnerabilities discovered, and can use that single portal to create tickets in our own ticketing system. No more parsing separate reports and hoping we caught all the issues. Finally, Resolve overcomes the communication gulf between my engineer and NetSPI's testers by providing a secure common chat platform where Netspi testing teams give us punch by punch updates on what they're doing and when they'll be done. On the rare case when something serious is found, tehy'r ereachign out both in Resolve and via my cell phone. Resolve is great for communication because I invite my team and tehy can all see what I'm discussing with NetSPI. This is easier and safer than communication via email.

  ### 7. NetSPI Resolve is an excellent platform that is easy to use and navigate.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zane G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2023

**What do you like best about NetSPI?**

Ease of use and interactivity with NetSPI consultants during pentests. The integrations are also a big help for creating tickets internally.

**What do you dislike about NetSPI?**

While the integrations are key they lack some functionalilty. Lack of export options.

**What problems is NetSPI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a 3rd part pentest for our products and NetSPI is able to provide it whilst also having great customer support.

  ### 8. Great Service - Professional and Knowledgable

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

While Resolve provides a robust platform, elements of the interface could be streamlined to allow for easier navigation.
