NERC GADS Reporting Software Reviews & Product Details

NERC GADS automation software for electric utilities, independent power producers, and RTOs/ISOs. It automates the full GADS reporting lifecycle for thermal, solar, wind, and hydro generation units, eliminating manual data entry and reducing compliance workload by up to 80%. The system captures unit events directly from plant control systems in real time, automatically calculates performance metrics, and generates all required NERC GADS reports with complete audit trails. PowerGADS supports all GADS unit types including fossil, nuclear, hydro, wind, and solar, and stays current with evolving NERC and ISO reporting guidelines. Key capabilities include: automated event capture and classification, real-time KPI forecasting, multi-unit and multi-site management, ISO/RTO direct connectivity, and configurable reporting dashboards. Used by major utilities including Duke Energy, PECO, CPS Energy, and Energy Harbor, PowerGADS manages over 100,000 MW of generation assets across North America. Part of the Integ PowerSuite platform, PowerGADS integrates natively with PowerManager (outage management) and PowerCompliance (NERC standards compliance) for end-to-end plant operations automation.
