Post implementation support is also good with a little room for improvement. Performance of product implementation is highly efficient and impressive. Newly launched Professional services portfolio is also highly rated as it not only gives an insight on the product but also helps and train the customer as per their requirements that arise from time to time due to the nature of operations. Besides a few hiccups, MTN has been working smoothly and catering to our requirements. **What do you dislike about Navis Terminal Operating System?** Post transition to Navis support has hiccups and knowledge base on collaboration portal needs refining. Queries or tickets information gathering has become lengthier and take more time thus effecting the tickets closure timeline as well. Client and vendor meet ups and also community meet ups are important to ensure better understanding of the current product but also the futuristic requirements for both. This not only helps the client but also helps the vendor improve their product line based on the input from the client community. This has been lacking since for long and even after acquisition from Navis. **Recommendations to others considering Navis Terminal Operating System:** As far as MTN is concerned, it is an efficient TOS for bulk commodity operations. Good sales team complimented by an efficient and effective implementation team. Seamless services in case of Managed Services Operations. Overall, a good product and backup team. **What problems is Navis Terminal Operating System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Terminal Bulk commodities Operations and Financial aspects are being handled with Master Terminal by Navis. Voyage, Yard and Gate operations are smoothly handled by MTN TOS and then the invoicing for all mentioned operational activities are also catered from TOS.
