# How much the MTN transition from Jade to Navis effected you and how efficient would you rate it?

Just want to get some opinions about the experience of MTN users of the transition since Navis has absorbed some functions of Jade and some have been merged with them. Also, the process flows of complaint logging and use of collaboration center is new for old JMT users hence want to get a feedback on their experience.
