"Knowledgeable Support, User-Friendly Platform, and Great Value"
5/5
What do you like best about Nasdaq Boardvantage?

1. Customer service: From initial onboarding, to learning about new features, Mike Kenney has always been knowledgeable, thorough, and patient!

2. Ease of use: The platform is very user friendly (for Users/Admins/Etc.) for all levels of technology expertise.

3. The cost compared to competitors makes sense for how our executives and directors use this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nasdaq Boardvantage?

I wish adding signature boxes were less time consuming. But once they are set, it is a great tool for having Directors/Execs sign dividends, minutes, written consents, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, Familiar Interface—Admin Portal Takes Some Getting Used To"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Nasdaq Boardvantage?

I appreciate that the interface is consistent and familiar, and offers a lot of control. We rely on Boardvantage to serve as our respository of meeting materials, so it's crucial that we can organize files and folders the way we need, and that we can permission users appropriately.

Even though I consider myself fairly tech-savvy, the administrative portal can still be tricky to navigate since there are so many controls. I've called into tech support twice and was impressed by how helpful they were and how quickly they picked up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nasdaq Boardvantage?

We've experienced some accessibility issues (e.g., difficulty downloading or previewing files). However, it may be partly because we primarily utilize Boardvantage as a secure email service and shared document repository. I've utilized other Board management platforms that were more meeting-centric, which seems easier to navigate for most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly and Versatile Board Portal"
5/5
What do you like best about Nasdaq Boardvantage?

I appreciate how Nasdaq Boardvantage serves as a user-friendly portal for efficiently storing all documents for our board and committee meetings. Once you know the ins and outs of the system, it becomes a great portal with capabilities that most other board portals do not support or have. I find the Drag and Drop feature makes my life much easier. Additionally, the support provided by Lindsay Herrin is commendable. The initial setup was wonderful, with no complaints at all, and I am currently using it with six board members and our executive team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nasdaq Boardvantage?

I had trouble locating the 'search' feature because it was turned off, which was confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Board Management with Robust Security"
5/5
What do you like best about Nasdaq Boardvantage?

I like that Nasdaq Boardvantage is user friendly and makes it easy for me to upload materials. It's also easy for our board members to use, even for those who are older. I find it extremely easy to use, especially with the help from Nasdaq's managed staff. I like that help is always only a phone call away and Nasdaq's Boardvantage support staff are very knowledgeable. I really appreciate how quick, easy, secure, and confidential it is for our board to obtain their materials. Nasdaq Boardvantage is reliable and always performs well. It is competitively priced too. What do you dislike about Nasdaq Boardvantage?

I like everything about Boardvantage. The only thing that I do not care for is when changes are implemented and I am not aware, but the support staff always teaches me quickly how to use the new AI or other changes so I do not have any downtime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Learn and a Major Upgrade—Great Integrations and New AI Features"
4/5
What do you like best about Nasdaq Boardvantage?

NASDAQ Boardvantage has been very easy to learn, and the trainings have been tailored to my questions. The new AI features will positively impact my team and their work. The Microsoft Outlook and Google Drive integrations are a great addition, since many of my board members use these as well. Performance features like automatic updates, privacy settings, etc. are a big difference. Compared to Director's Desk, this is a major upgrade! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nasdaq Boardvantage?

The only downside I have seen so far with Boardvantage is the complexity of the privacy/sharing folders. I also think somewhere when building the agenda and adding documents, it should say "Meeting Book" since that is what it becomes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Edit and Link Made Board Book Assembly Fast and Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Nasdaq Boardvantage?

Boardvantage was a great platform to create and store board and committee meeting books, but the process of assembling the books used to be time consuming. The Edit and Link functionality added in 2025 is an absolute game changer. Assembly of a 750 page board book now takes about ten minutes. And, when you need to make the inevitable last-minute change, it is extremely simple to effectuate the change and recompile the book. I'm very pleased that my Customer Success Manager, Sarah Disbrow, took the time to show me this feature and to train me. She also created a custom training video for my directors. I could not ask for better client service.

The Edit and Link function requires a MS Office plug-in to integrate with your Office suite, but even that is a simple installation. Sarah also provided great materials to walk me through that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nasdaq Boardvantage?

There is nothing that I dislike about the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding 24/7 Support from Expert Team"
5/5
What do you like best about Nasdaq Boardvantage?

24/7 support by super knowledgeable and experienced people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nasdaq Boardvantage?

The fear that someone on my team will accidentally erase all our file restrictions by using the checkbox prompt for cascading permissions to all subfolders and documents.

Also, the copy link function doesn’t work properly for iPad users in The BVGo app. The notify feature doesn’t always work for us because we have a use case that requires us to send emails with links to a mix of people who are both in or outside the portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, Responsive, and Backed by Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Nasdaq Boardvantage?

It is very user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate. The integration with SharePoint is particularly helpful and adds a lot of value. Uploading is quick, and overall performance is very responsive.

I’m not in a position to comment on how competitive the pricing is, as this is the only platform we currently use. However, feedback from our users has been very positive, with many finding it straightforward and easy to use. The support we receive is outstanding — the team has a strong understanding of the system and consistently goes above and beyond to assist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nasdaq Boardvantage?

The more I learn about Nasdaq, the more I feel there isn’t anything to dislike. I haven’t had the chance to use the AI function yet, but so far my experience has been very positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Remote Review Capabilities with Exceptional Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Nasdaq Boardvantage?

I like Nasdaq Boardvantage's remote platform capabilities, which enable me to review the signed documents provided by clients from anywhere. I also appreciate their help service; there was a time when I was unable to proceed through the multi-factor verification, and the help service team guided me to the correct part. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nasdaq Boardvantage?

Maybe adding prompts for someone using the authenticator such as my issue was the time on my device and the time on my laptop were aligning, so maybe a prompt in the authenticator set up page to alert this would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Support—But Portal needs Work"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Nasdaq Boardvantage?

Fairly user friendly, safe portal, accessible on multiple platforms, but the best thing is the support team that is always quick, competent and thourough. Happy about the edit and link function as well (when it is working) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nasdaq Boardvantage?

The signature well function could use an update. Formatting of emails is horrible (you cannot count on what you send out looks like at the other end) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
