From a Board perspective, they seem to work pretty well. But on the admin side, they are VERY cumbersome to work with. Also, the reports generated from the survey can be very cluttered, as any instructions for each section in the survey become incorporated into in the report. I have had to convert the PDF into a Word doc, make edits to make the report clearer, and then re-convert it back to a PDF. This leaves options for error, though.
