## About MySched
MySched is a back office for studios, schools, academies, and coaching teams that run recurring paid sessions - dance and fitness studios, tennis and padel academies, sports schools, tutoring and learning centers. It replaces the usual mix of spreadsheets, chat threads, and manual reminders with one workspace: - Shared team calendar: day, week, and month views, recurring session series with proper time zones, quick sessions for walk-ins. - Prepaid client balances: top up a client's balance when they pay; MySched deducts each session's price automatically and keeps the full transaction history. - Automatic billing: charges run before each session. Cancel a session and enrolled clients are refunded to their balances automatically. - Client reminders: Telegram and Email today; WhatsApp, Viber, and SMS are planned. - Roles and access: employees see their own schedule, administrators manage operations, the owner keeps full control - with revenue and attendance analytics. MySched fits teams of 2-15 coaches or teachers with 50-500 clients, and solo coaches with a full roster. It is free during early access, with no credit card required.
