Who is Multitudes pricing best suited for?

Multitudes's pricing is best suited for engineering teams in small businesses and mid-market software and IT companies, which represent the bulk of G2 reviewers. The Standard tier at $20 USD per contributor/month fits small engineering teams and tech leads who need DORA metrics, sprint ritual support, and Slack-integrated weekly summaries without procurement complexity. G2 mid-market reviewers managing 10–15 engineers cite director-level visibility and 1-on-1 conversation prompts as high-value use cases at Standard pricing. Multitudes's Enterprise tier targets larger organizations requiring SSO, compliance documentation, custom workflows, and dedicated support, particularly those in regulated or complex multi-team environments needing non-standard contract terms.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Multitudes?

Multitudes offers no permanent free tier. A free trial is available for teams evaluating Multitudes's pricing before committing. The Standard plan at $20 USD per contributor/month includes DORA and SPACE metrics, unlimited repositories, unlimited view-only accounts, six weeks of historic data, action recommendations, and all integrations. Multitudes's Enterprise tier adds SSO, security compliance reports, non-standard contract terms, dedicated customer success management, priority Slack Connect support, co-design access for new features, and regional data residency control. The primary upgrade drivers from Standard to Enterprise are compliance requirements, custom onboarding support, and the need for a dedicated success manager rather than feature gaps in core analytics.

G2 reviewers rate Multitudes at 4.5–5.0/5 across small business and mid-market segments, signaling strong cost-to-value satisfaction. At $20 USD per contributor/month, Multitudes's Standard tier delivers DORA and SPACE metrics, unlimited repositories, Slack notifications, and integrations with GitHub, Jira, Linear, PagerDuty, and more. G2 users highlight measurable outcomes: faster code shipping, unblocked dev pipelines, and data-backed retrospectives. One mid-market reviewer noted four years of continuous use and repeated recommendations to other engineering teams. The main friction point cited is the initial learning curve for metric literacy, not pricing. No reviewers flagged cost as a concern, indicating strong perceived value at the Standard price point.

"Engineering perforamance measurements done right"

5/5

What do you like best about Multitudes?

As someone directly managing 15 engineers, it's always been a challenge to understand team performance. What exactly are we measuring?

Multitude help us gain insights into key performance metrics of the team, with DORA metrics and other insightful measures.

We loved it focused on creating a high performing team, rather than on ICs, allowing me and the engineers to work as a team to improve performance.

The transparency that each engineer also gets a login to see the same insights was key to getting the whole team onboard.

The 1 on 1 insights for managers gave a great starting point for conversions especially around performance.

Getting started was super easy, just connecting our Github, Slack and Linear with a click or two. And the support has been excellent, but when we needed help but also listening to our feedback around product.

We've used Multitude for 4 years at our company, and in that times I've recommended it to countless other engineering teams, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multitudes?

Sometimes our metrics are affected by long running PRs which are waiting on something very deliberate, maybe another team, or an upgrade of another package, and we'd like to exclude them from our insights as they aren't really a measure of team performance.

Multitude requires integrations to get the most out of it, and if you happen to use a different tool that isn't supported there are some feature you won't get access to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Multitudes solving and how is that benefiting you?

Multitude helps us measure engineering performance, and understand how to respond to changes and what we need to focus on.

Sometimes just the ability to share independent performance metrics with the leadership team and board has been invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
