"Engineering perforamance measurements done right"
What do you like best about Multitudes?

As someone directly managing 15 engineers, it's always been a challenge to understand team performance. What exactly are we measuring?

Multitude help us gain insights into key performance metrics of the team, with DORA metrics and other insightful measures.

We loved it focused on creating a high performing team, rather than on ICs, allowing me and the engineers to work as a team to improve performance.

The transparency that each engineer also gets a login to see the same insights was key to getting the whole team onboard.

The 1 on 1 insights for managers gave a great starting point for conversions especially around performance.

Getting started was super easy, just connecting our Github, Slack and Linear with a click or two. And the support has been excellent, but when we needed help but also listening to our feedback around product.

We've used Multitude for 4 years at our company, and in that times I've recommended it to countless other engineering teams, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Multitudes?

Sometimes our metrics are affected by long running PRs which are waiting on something very deliberate, maybe another team, or an upgrade of another package, and we'd like to exclude them from our insights as they aren't really a measure of team performance.

Multitude requires integrations to get the most out of it, and if you happen to use a different tool that isn't supported there are some feature you won't get access to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
